I'd love to interact with other Stumblers who are taking on the challenge.
While I've published four books, pen a weekly column, and blog my booty off, the whole screenplay thing is a wee bit scary for me. Hopefully, by seeing it as a short-term commitment, I'll do okay. ;)

| | lin52 | Oct 28, 2006 6:38am | | No reason you can't do it. When you think about it, it's 1,667 words a day for 30 days. For me that's 2-3 hours 'cause I'm a crappy typist. The thing to do is not to edit as you go along. All you focus on is the word count, style and goodies like punctuation and spelling fall by the wayside. You may or may not have a cohesive story by the 30th but all that counts is how many words you have. Editing is for much later. So give it a try, Bonnie and everyone else out there with a novel inside them yearning to get out. |
